DESCRIPTION

Villa Gaudio, immersed in the Venetian countryside in the village of Pressana in the province of Verona.
The residence was built using a seventeenth-century Colombara for the main building while the barchessa, the colombara, the greenhouse and the stables have been transformed into entertainment rooms organized to host impeccable receptions and into a private home inside the villa.
Over the last few years Villa Gaudio has been the scene of numerous weddings and major events. Exclusive place where the multiple spaces are used for the convivia and have different aesthetic characteristics and differ in capacity.

The MAIL PALACE is on two noble floors characterized by large halls with historic furnishings and frescoed ceilings;

THE MAIN ENTERTAINMENT ROOM is located on the first floor in the barchessa. It is the ideal room to host large events, in fact it comes to accommodate many guests in a single environment. In this room you can access through the main villa or the barn overlooking the park and is spread over two floors. The ground floor is used for the kitchen, which is connected to the first floor room;

In the old Colombara, there is a BAR ROOM developed on the ground floor ideal for the entertainment of guests in the final phase of the event, with a working bar area;

Inside the ancient greenhouse, in a building detached from the main body of the villa overlooking the park, we find ADDITIONAL ENTERTAINMENT ROOM in rustic style with brick walls. This room has its own independent kitchen fully equipped for use and respective services.

PRIVATE HOUSE, in the barn, on two levels, with ground floor: entrance, kitchen, tavern, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with walk-in closet and one bathroom. The kitchen leads to the back garden of the villa.
